Tadpole Talks with Captain Jack
Tadpole is gaining a bigger and bigger footprint in the porn arena. He started out small a few years ago now the hottest girls in the industry are dying to work with him! I should know, when we sat down at his booth at the Exxxotica Convention in Chicago, we got interrupted by girl after girl wanting to give him a hug! He’s a good guy and a down to earth person who is bringing some great content to homes all over the world!
Captain Jack: How did you get your start?
Tadpole: After I got divorced, I always fantasized about being in gangbangs and orgies but never had the opportunity. I didn’t even know where to begin. As soon as I got divorced, I was searching for gangbangs online, just to watch them. But, then, a gangbang party popped up in Waukegan. I first I thought it was a scam but then I looked at their Twitter and it was showing all these pictures from their parties and it looked like it was legit. The worse that could happen was I’d be out $60. Believe it or not, the first girl I saw at my first lifestyle party was a girl called Misty Deep, who was here at Exxxotica, believe it or not. I remember reading the rules about the party at the website, no means no, ask before you touch, stuff like that. I walked into the sex party, and this was all off-camera, and there were 30 guys and about 5 girls and there was some social time before it started. I walked up to Misty Deep and said, ‘If I ask you to have sex, are you going to say ‘no’? And she looked at me like a deer in the headlights and I thought to myself that it didn’t go over too well. I was just curious. How do you do this? Do you say, ‘Do you want to fuck?’ and wait for a yes or no answer. It turns out, everyone goes down the to the basement and everyone starts fucking. It was a free for all. There was no screwing around. The first one I went to, I was never around so many naked men or naked women before and they were fucking all these random dudes they didn’t even know, having intimate sex. It took me a while before I started getting used to it. I started going to other gangbang parties because you always here about other events at these parties. All the gangbang guys become a circle of friends. I started thinking that I could do my own gangbang parties better! These are good but I think I can do better. So, I started my own gangbang parties. I took everything I didn’t like and got rid of it and kept the things I liked. Some parties I went to, you couldn’t talk…once the action started, there was no socializing. The rule was they wanted people to focus on fucking and not focus on the conversation going on. I didn’t like that. That’s just one example. Another thing was that I did my gangbangs in the city of Chicago. That was good for the location.
CJ: How did the filming start?
Tadpole: The parties started going really well and then what happened was Exxxotica Chicago, 2018, I’ll never forget it. I got a text that said Aspen Edwards is at Exxxotica and is looking for a gangbang host to set up an off-camera gangbang. I thought, ‘I can do that!’ She wanted 10 guys, I got her 10 guys. Aspen Edwards, we show up at her hotel at 11 at night and we fucked all night long. All the guys that were at that event asked Aspen how they can get into porn. She told them that she wasn’t there to do auditions, she was just there to have some fun. But then I asked her, ‘How do I become a producer?’ And she said since I set everything up, if you ever decide to be a producer of porn, reach out to her and she’d help me out. 20 years ago, when I watched Ed Powers, I always dreamt of doing what he did. I also wanted to be a shortstop for the Yankees or Cubs but at some point in your life, you have to realize it won’t happen. I was 48 at that point, newly divorced, I’m just trying to go to a sex party and have some fun. To make a long story short, as I’m hosting parties, I’m getting a whole lot of girls from all walks of life. And some girls who wanted to be gangbanged, also wanted to be pornstars.
CJ: And how did you get into the industry?
Tadpole: Right after the Aspen gangbang, she wrote me a nice review on FetLife. So, I actually went to a strip club and read the review to a stripper there. She said, ‘Oh my God! I want a gangbang!’ I asked what she was doing that night and I could get her 6 guys. And, sure enough, that particular girl, I did a gangbang with. I’m still not thinking about porn at this point. But right about that time, there was a guy in Milwaukee who was a porn producer. He was reaching out to me and told me how these gangbang girls could get into porn. So, I started asking around and told these girls that I had a friend in Milwaukee who shot porn. I was networking through him and right after the Aspen gangbang, that guy from Milwaukee called me the next Friday and said he was shooting a boy/boy/girl with a MILF and the male talent cancelled and he asked me to fill in. I told him I had a baseball game and I think we’re short on players. He sent me a picture of the girls and I said, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll get out of it.’ (laughs) So, I show up and it’s in a Motel 6, of all places. He asked for my stage name and I didn’t have one. I always said over the years, if I ever became a porn star, Tadpole would be a kick ass stage name. I don’t know what made me think of that. Over the years, I would check IAFD and google it and no one had it. So, I checked it that night and zero results. I did the shoot for him and here’s the thing, it’s kind of a butterfly effect things. I’m not saying I’m a great performer by any means but that was my first time ever and I had experience fucking in front of people but that shoot, first time on camera and he said we were going to do 2 cumshots, we’re going to do a facial and a creampie. I said, ‘OK’. Maybe because I had no expectations and was there doing a favor to a guy, I performed so well, I had no issues at all. The director said I did really, really good. So, afterwards, I called that stripper that wanted to be a porn star and told her that I just did a porn shoot! I told her I saw how this guy did it and I’m going to start up a studio. So, I started up a studio with no videos and no camera and no girls to shoot with but I called up that stripper and we’re going to make a porno. I started a Clips 4 Sales and started calling girls I knew. Looking back on it, I was crazy! I’m using my Gangbang Host/Fetlife account because I have a ton of followers. I put on there that I’m going to have a live porn shoot and we’re going to take an intermission from our off-camera gangbang and do a live porn shoot then we’d go back to the party. We had the place packed because people were there to watch the live show. A porn producer from LA was there and, afterwards, he said, ‘I can’t believe how well you directed this!’ He gave me some articles and some names and I knew I could do this. A lot of the girls that were in the gangbangs were aspiring porn girls. I started making money and once you have content in your library, I began to shoot more often. I started in 2018 and I didn’t shoot with an agency model until 2021. I just had enough in my library by then and a girl told me to contact her agency. Once you shoot an agency girl, word gets around. By then, I wanted to go to LA to do some boy/girl scenes because organizing gang bangs is work!
CJ: What’s your most popular scene?
Tadpole: At AVN, I just filmed the Lilly Phillips gangbang. I’ve never seen anything in the history of porn an event that went that viral. People were doing podcasts about that. Just google Lily Phillips 50-guy anal gangbang and everyone has an opinion on that. My ex-wife told me one of her high school friends recognized me in the video.
CJ: What did you do before porn?
Tadpole: I was in the Navy for 20 years. I was always the guy organizing events. I was a chef; I worked as a cook. We were always doing catering parties, always organizing parties. My company now is doing well. Everything you see around here, I paid for out of my previous month’s earnings. People think I’m this old, rich guy. I lived off a military paycheck for 20 years and after that, I became a school teacher. And teachers aren’t getting paid. I’m making more money doing porn than as a school teacher.
CJ: As a fellow portly guy, were you ever self-conscious about going on camera?
Tadpole: Not that first time because the guy said he wouldn’t film my face. When I first started, my plan was just to direct the gangbangs and film then. But one of the first gangbangs I did, guys wouldn’t show up so I had to jump in. I still didn’t want to show my face so, yeah, I was a little aware of that. I was still working back then and I was afraid my co-workers would see me. The first 6 months was fine but then I got more comfortable and jumped in front of the camera. Once you do it once, you’ll do it forever. Being in the lifestyle and doing the sex parties, the girls there never judge the way you look. And at the gangbangs, the girls always treated the guys like kings so that gave me confidence too. I’m 48 when I started. I retired from the Navy at 38 in top shape. Well, I wouldn’t say top shape but physically fit. So, in 10 years, I gained the weight but, in my mind, I was still that young, fit dude. When I started editing videos, I said, ‘God damn, I’m fucking fat! I have to lose some weight!’ Then you realize that fans are loving your work because you look the way you do. They see themselves in me.

Tadpole: When I first started, I never thought I would be XBiz or AVN nominated. I got my nominations and I was happy and excited about it. It’s something that you would never thought was possible when you first started. When I first started, I just wanted to have some fun. I was doing my gangbangs and orgies and stuff like that
