Serene Siren Talks with Captain Jack
I first saw Serene in Girlfriends Films Women Seeking Women 152 and thought to myself, “that is one sexy woman!” I made it my mission to track her down for an interview and we finally got a chance to talk. Serene is just as delightful in person as she is on film! We had a wide ranging talk, most of which is transcribed below. I hope you find her as engaging as I did!
Captain Jack: Tell me about Serene Siren.
Serene Siren: My family, I think they know but it’s never been something we talk about. I grew up in a small town where there’s beauty everywhere. I’m very outdoorsy. I was into sports. I was a championship gymnast and acted a lot. I was always in some sort of play or musical. I was very academic, I liked to go to school which was very rare. I did well. I loved gymnastics and worked at it more than 40 hours a week. It didn’t start off serious but I liked the competitive aspects of it and I didn’t want to just do it as a hobby.
CJ: Why did you give it up?
Serene: I got hurt a few times and had to go through bio feedback. That’s pretty much where you get hooked up to a machine that monitors your heart rate and your blood pressure. And there’s a therapist there and it makes you go back through what happened. You try to visualize doing it right. Most people develop a fear of when and how they got hurt so it helps you get over that. That helped me get through that. I kept going back but my parents ended up getting a divorce and there was no more money for gymnastics. I raised $13,000 at the Rotary to keep going but that got eaten up in 5 or 6 months. So I gave it up, got my belly button pierced and started dating boys! (laughs)
CJ: How old are you?
Serene: I’m 29.
CJ: How long have you been in the industry?
Serene: I did some back in 2013. I was a model before that but in terms of nudity, I started in 2013 for 6 or 7 months. It just wasn’t the right time for me. I didn’t look that good and feel that well….I wasn’t in the right place so I just stopped. I liked what I was doing but I wasn’t stable enough at home with my kids and family life to continue on. Then I started back up in 2017.
CJ: When was the first time you were with a girl?
Serene: It was actually when I was really young. I was probably 12. It started off with kissing. There was tons of kissing. I remember high school parties with kissing. I would feel girls up but that’s it. I remember the first time I got with a girl all the way. She even had a dildo in her purse. CJ: Is there a good story behind it?

Serene: I’m actually finishing up my last semester now. I’m studying technical communications, writing and visual media and all that.
CJ: How and why did you decide to get into the adult industry?
Serene: The kids’ father was in porn for a long time before I knew him. I was actually helping him for quite a while then he couldn’t handle it anymore. He just wasn’t emotionally stable to begin with. Pretty much, he relayed it off to me. (laughs) I was kind of excited because he was very controlling. He didn’t let me work or even let me model or do anything. But the fact that, all of a sudden, I got to work, that was cool. I was very nervous for my first shoot for FTV. You can definitely tell I wasn’t ready. (laughs) I was just so fucking nervous because I tried so hard not to get nude. (laughs) I was always slated for porn because of how horny I am.
CJ: How did you come up with your stage name?
Serene: It sounds cheesy but I’m a Gemini and it was very much symbolic of my duality. I can go and have the most serene day but by night, I might be a siren. Also, a siren is a beautiful woman back in the day. There are mermaid creatures who can lure any man with her voice. I loved that. So when I looked up Serene Siren, to see if anybody was named that, there was some amazing art by this woman that was so beautiful. I thought it was a good sign that it was a good name.
CJ: Do you have any favorite scenes?
Serene: Definitely. I’m really fond of Lesbian Seductiosn 63 with Zoey Monroe. Mostly because it’s one of those fantasies that I’ve had before. It’s a yoga scene where we oiled each other up. Serene: Oh, God. I pretty much listen to everything. I guess my favorite right now is reggae dubstep techno house stuff that’s going around. It gets people moving. I’m really a rock n roll girl at heart. Tool and Sum 41, I love. But when it comes to working out, I love that dub beat.
CJ: What’s your favorite movie?
Serene: There’s one that’s kind of cheesy and it’s a younger movie. It’s called Kubo and the Two Strings.
CJ: What’s your favorite TV shows?
Serene: I like Game of Thrones and Vikings.
CJ: What’s your favorite food?
Serene: I like a good vegetable juice, I love smoothies, I love soup. I’m kind of hyper so it’s hard for me to sit down and eat a meal. Unless it’s steak. I will eat a steak like it’s nobody’s business!
CJ: What’s the kinkiest thing you’ve ever done?
Serene: Oh man. I don’t know, I feel too vanilla when it comes to this. I had anal sex in a jacuzzi at a hotel. (laughs) The security guard was right outside the gate. The threesome stuff comes to mind too. I fucking love that.
