Captain Jack: Tell me about Lilith Grace.
Lilith Grace: I grew up in South Carolina, was born in Florida but raised in South Carolina. I grew up really conservative actually. I went to a private school and we had to wear the short plaid skirts or whatever. Everything was super conservative. When I was 18, I basically moved to Florida and then about a year later, I came out here for porn.

Lilith: I actually came out here for my music. I sing and I write songs as well. I just wanted something controversial to go along with the music to help promote it. CJ: What kind of music do you perform?
Lilith: I write my own songs. You can tell my life story just by listening. (laughs) Which is another reason why doing porn makes sense, because I tie it in in some sense with the music. It’s mostly contemporary-sounding pop.
CJ: How did you come up with your stage name?
Lilith: ‘Lilith’, I don’t know if you’re into weird beliefs, but, according to Christians, ‘Lilith’ is the devil’s wife. So, when I decided I wasn’t a Christian, I was trying to piss my parents off and Lilith would be he perfect name! That’s how I came up with that. And then ‘Grace’ is heavenly sounding so I think they go well together.
CJ: Since your parents are so conservative, how do they feel about your career?
Lilith: My mom doesn’t talk to me. She has my number blocked currently and then she’ll unblock it randomly to send me a Christian article. I think the last one was about how people do porn and then come back to Christ. And then she blocked my number again. I don’t read those articles! Stop sending them to me! My family is really devout Christian so when my family found out I was doing porn, they thought I was actually demonic. So, I had to deal with a lot of family bullshit basically.
CJ: You told me that they had to teach you the positions at your first scene but how did it go overall? Were you intimidated? Nervous? Turned on?
Lilith: (laughs) I had a mental breakdown before my first scene but it’s completely fine! Once I actually got into it and we started fucking each other, I was completely fine! It was at that point that all my nerves went away and I was in the moment. But, beforehand, I was freaking out so bad because I hadn’t had a lot of experience with sex and stuff like that.
