Audrey Miles Talks with Captain Jack
Audrey was always one of my favorite girls when she was performing. There was such something about her that I found very appealing! Captain Jack: Tell me about Audrey Miles.
Audrey Miles: I grew up in California, I’ve lived in Arizona, Colorado, Washington state, I’ll be living in Montana soon for a little bit. I went to college and got a degree in early education. I became a Behavior Therapist with kids after college. I quit my job and ended up moving down to Arizona, back home. I met this guy, I had a boyfriend at the time, and he said that I’d be great in porn. (laughs) I thought I’d give it a try and get some freedom and independence and get some money so I went for it. I had a normal childhood growing up. My first boyfriend was at the age of 21. I didn’t really date. I played soccer in college. I was really strict, playing everyday since I was 5 years old. I stayed out of trouble. I didn’t smoke marijuana until I was 18, lost my virginity at 18, went to my first high school party at 18. (laughs)
CJ: The guy that said you’d be good at porn, was that your boyfriend?
Audrey: This was an ex-boyfriend. I come to find out he was really addicted to watching porn. It wasn’t a red flag for me at the time. I just went with the flow. I trust easily. I’m a free spirit too so porn doesn’t scare me or anything like that.
CJ: You’re a recruiter now for Model Red. What does the job entail?
Audrey: Pretty much trying to find the next best pornstar. I met these two guys online and we ended up having a Zoom call. I really ended up liking who they were and they pretty much wanted me to recruit for them for their agency that they started up a week ago. I said, ‘Hell yeah! You guys want to make a difference, that’s great! I’ll quit my other recruiting job and come with you guys.’ This past month, we meet up on Zoom a few times a week. We recruited some girls, we’ve talked to some girls. It’s a learning curve, for sure. We’re all from different states. They’re really good guys, they’re good people.
CJ: Where do you go to find women? Instagram? OnlyFans? Strip clubs?
Audrey: I find them online mostly. I’ve never been to strip clubs. I don’t know how successful I’d be, especially if they’re working. I’m sure they wouldn’t want to be pestered. I haven’t recruited outside of online, to be honest. There’s just so many girls online, it’s just easier to talk to them there.
CJ: Do you interview the girls once you’ve made contact?
Audrey: Yes, so what we do is I contact them, I make sure they’re ok and they’re comfortable with wanting to do porn. I talk about travel, STD testing, I talk about their preferences. And once they’re comfortable and wanting to know the next steps, we set them up with a Zoom call with me, Gil, Michael and Gil’s wife, Val. We have a Zoom call and it usually lasts an hour or two. We really get to know the model and she gets to know us.
CJ: Is there one question that the girls have that gets asked all the time?
Audrey: I feel like the #1 question that the new girls ask would usually be how do they get started. That’s the first question they have. We kind of give them a background on how to get started but we pretty much almost talk them out of getting started with us. We tell them to look at other agencies and know what they want to do. We tell them to start thinking about their brands, how they want to be, what kind of sex scenes they want to do. We really hound them to make sure this is what they really want to do. And a lot of them have partners so we get their partners involved too.
CJ: You are recruiting for a new agency, Model Red, tell me about them and how they want to make a difference.
Audrey: I’ve been with four different agencies in mainstream porn. I’ve had success with one of them. Out of all four agencies I’ve worked with, I had no idea what they were doing like how they were repping me, how they were booking me. A lot of them, their communication was really bad. A lot of them didn’t even help me with my brand or how to make money or anything. It was just pretty much you were left on your own. Pretty much, those agencies would only take bookings and that’s it. With us, we have our own PR, we have brand management, outside of our agency, we have Pornstar Café which is another additional revenue stream that you can get residual money. We’re going to be having a blog site which is additional PR. We really help them with their brand. We meet with them a few times a month. There’s 4 of us agents working and we’re all in communication. One of the guys is in England so you have pretty much 24-hour support. If you need to call one of us, one’s going to pick up the phone. That’s the difference.
CJ: You were a pretty damn good porn performer yourself, do you ever miss it?
Audrey: Of course I do! (laughs) It was such a wild experience. Would I go back? Yes. Would I go back now? No. Would I go back in the near future? Probably not. But would I go back maybe in the future? Yes.
CJ: On your old Twitter profile, you had on there you were an All-American athlete in college. I always wondered what sport so now I know it’s soccer! But you have very nice, very large breasts, did they ever get in the way?

It was with Shot Her First for Hussie Models and Riley from Hussie was there, Kyle Mason, a makeup artist and two other people were there. They said my name was too porn starry. I needed a name that was girl next door. I didn’t have another name prepared because I didn’t know they were going to do behind the scenes footage and they needed to tag me on Twitter. I didn’t even have a name at the time, I just had ‘Audrey’. So, all of us together, came up with Audrey Miles right before my sex scene.
CJ: So what was your first scene like? You were sexually experienced but it’s different with all these people around. Were you intimidated? Nervous? Turned on?
Audrey: You know, once you get a camera in your face, everything around you is just a blur. I was just really into more entertaining and making the footage look good. I don’t know; I guess once you put a camera in front of me, I just perform. I don’t get nervous or scared or worried or anything.
