Alina Ali: I grew up in Louisiana and my younger life was just being a reckless, bad kid. (laughs) The quote/unquote bad kid but I was too smart for my own good I guess. Running around doing shit that I had no business doing and not being interested because class was moving either way too slow or way too fast for me. It would be, “see ya! Alina: A year and some change; a year and a half maybe.

CJ: It kind of sucks for you because AVN’s virtual this year. When it’s in person, there’s a big press conference with all the nominees for Best New Starlet and you’re the shit.

Alina: That’s kind of better for me being that I’m introverted and have social anxiety. I’m the most quiet on the set. (laughs)

CJ: Are you coming out of that because of your job?

Alina: At first, I was more anxious. It’s usually when I don’t know the people or public speaking is a thing. If I’m in front of groups having to speak, I’ll probably pass out. But now that I’m into the industry, I’m running into the same people in different circles. I’m getting more comfortable and more capable of being myself on set and around everyone. It’s just because I keep running into them so I’m meeting everybody and getting more comfortable in my space and with myself.

CJ: With your shyness, does it bother you that I could google Alina Ali and see your pussy spread open?

Alina: I’m awkward and socially anxious but I’ve always been comfortable posting nudes. Since I was in high school, I was posting nudes ton Tumblr. Everyone in my high school would be able to see it. And ‘Ali’, me and Muhammad Ali have the same path number as me. He’s super humble and I like to stay in my grounded space. I like to stay on earth, remember who I am and not try to treat myself like I’m better than anybody else no matter how great I can be or will be or am already. And he’s the same. And I thought it was fitting. And, if I’m being honest, (laughs) I grew up fighting a lot! Ali means champion as well so all of it together was, ‘It’s me!’

CJ: So what was your first scene like? You were sexually experienced but it’s different with all these people around. Were you intimidated? Nervous? Turned on?

Alina: Oh my God! (laughs) It was so funny! Even in the video, they didn’t even cut it out.
