Adriana Chechik: It was someone who I actually lived with for a few years of my life. We kept in contact through Facebook. Then he was out in LA last year and we had dinner. I went back to Florida for a little while and it kind of happened after dinner. We were just hanging out like normal. I don’t think I seduced him, I think it was more the other way around. Adriana: No, not really. I date a lot of older men. My man right now, he’s not that old in my mind, but he’s 42.
CJ: Did you watch porn before you joined the industry?
Adriana: No, honestly, the only porn I saw when I got into the industry was a gay porno. I remember I was 14 years old and one of my guy friends pulled it up on a laptop. I think I even threw the laptop across the room because I was so mortified by it. Of course, it was a gay porn but at that time, I’d never even see anyone having sex, let alone foreplay or anything.
CJ: Do you watch it now?

You’re excited and pumped up for it. You’re on a high the whole time while you’re filming the movie.
CJ: How long was this in the making?
Adriana: Honestly, we started talking about doing a showcase a year and a half ago. We talked about it 5 months ago. For me, the showcase was about timing. I wanted to get it out towards the end of the year, right before AVN. So we played into the politics of that a little bit. (laughs)
CJ: High Contra5t from the ADT forums asks Do you feel that you have a special connection with some girls personally and professionally when you shoot with them? He’s noticed the chemistry between you and Megan Rain, Karman Karma and Holly Hanna and he sees that you have done a particularly high frequency of scenes specifically with these three girls. Is it more to do with directors happening to cast you with these girls or is it more because you girls want to work together frequently?
Adriana: I love Karmen, she’s my best friend in the industry. We came to California together. We were a couple for a while. I remember making a pact with her saying that we were going to dominate the industry. We’re setting out doing what we planned on two years ago. It’s pretty awesome that directors, for the most part, have allowed me to choose who I want to work with. I like women and I enjoy women but my role is I don’t shoot with a girl unless she’s approved by me. I’ve had bad experiences with some girls. I had a girl tell the director that she doesn’t like girls. I’ve also had a girl tell me that I can’t penetrate her. What? It’s very frustrating.
